This documentation site is for the system. The blog is for the thinking behind it — design decisions, trade-offs, technical debt we’re paying down, what we’ve learned. Different content, different cadence.
What we do not have yet#
- No phone line. Email is the front door.
- No chat / Slack / Discord. Synchronous channels do not scale at our current size.
- No support portal. Customer issues route through preorder@ until we have a structured support tier.
- No partner / reseller program. If the right one shows up we will say so on the blog.
